SMS Alerts for the Cura1 LRCS software
Connect SMS to your cura1 Long Range Call System
Cura1 provides advanced monitoring software to improve client safety and making caring easier. (Cura = 'Care' in Latin)

Primarily the Cura1 LRCS2 (Long Range Call System) software is designed for the healthcare industry. For example: Residential care, dementia wards, psychiatric care, retirement villages, hospitals, schools and universities.

The SMS alerts are mainly sent to staff to let them know if someone has had a fall, if they have wandered outside of a perimeter or if there is a security issue.

To set up SMS Everyone with Cura1, first sign up for an SMS Everyone account. We will give you a free trial of 100 SMS credits that never expire.

We'll supply you with a username, password and SMS 'Origin' (where the message will appear to come from)
We can make the message appear to come from a mobile number or a word up to 11 characters. eg 'XYZ ALERT'

In Cura 1
Click on the Admin Login button:
Log in as an administrator:
Once logged in, select System Configuration:
Now select SMS Setup:
Select Send SMS on Alarm and then select SMS Everyone.
Enter the username, password and origin exactly as we gave it to you.

Add the mobile number/s and alarm types you want to send SMS alerts for as required.
Click OK to save the settings.

Click Close on the System Configuration screen.
Click the Logout Admin button to log out as administrator.
SMS Set up is now complete.
Feel free to simulate a test to make sure it is all working as it should. We are not sure how to do that part. Perhaps simulate a fall or have a staff member leave the premises with a device etc.
