Be sure to let us know that you need to connect to Respark when you sign up.

Please note: The SMS message text is fixed and not editable in Respark.
Appointment reminders and confirmations will still include your salon name and the date and time of the message. However, you cannot change the actual wording of the messages. Examples:

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION
Hi, your appointment at XYZ Salon is confirmed on 08-May-2026 at 10.00 AM. Have a great day!

APPOINTMENT REMINDER
Hi, this is a gentle reminder about your upcoming appointment at XYZ Salon on 2026-04-28 at 05.00 PM.

STAFF ALERTS
