The SMS messages are 2-way, meaning that the patient can reply and we put those replies into your Shexie system so that you know very quickly who is going to attend the appointment and who isn’t.

Shexie is smart enough to update the status of the appointment based on their reply. eg: 'yes', 'no', 'ok' etc.

You can send reminders in any language.

We bolt right on to Shexie for E-fax services.

Once connected, in Shexie, wherever you can distribute a letter via email, Argus or Healthlink, you will see that there is an option to distribute letters via E-Fax.

You can also fax directly from your emails (outlook, Gmail etc)

This is great for sending letters back to referring doctors and is much cheaper than sending a regular letter of course.
